Welcome to Felyra. We believe in keeping things simple, but to protect both you and us, we need to agree on a few ground rules. By using our website, tools, or Code Library, you agree to these Terms. If something doesn't sit right with you, please do not use our services.
Your Account
To access our tools and library, you'll need an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Please don't share your password—if we detect multiple people using a single account (account sharing), we may have to suspend it.
License & Usage
When you use code, templates, or assets from Felyra, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them. Here is exactly what that means in plain English:
What You Can Do
- Use our code in personal projects.
- Use our code in commercial projects (e.g., client websites, SaaS apps).
- Modify, combine, and adapt the code to fit your needs.
- Use the code in unlimited end products.
What You Cannot Do
- Do not resell or redistribute our code as standalone assets (e.g., selling a template pack or UI kit based on Felyra).
- Do not publish our code in public repositories (like open-source GitHub repos) where the primary value is our code.
- Do not build a competing service using our resources.
Tools & AI
Our tools (like the Background Remover) use advanced processing to help you speed up your workflow.
- Your Files: You own what you upload. We only process files to give you the result, and we delete them automatically within 7 days.
- Responsibility: Please ensure you have the right to edit the images or files you upload.
- Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, automated tools aren't magic. We can't guarantee 100% accuracy for every single file.
Payments & Subscriptions
We use Lemon Squeezy as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means they handle the secure transaction, taxes, and billing.
- Renewals: Pro subscriptions auto-renew to ensure you don't lose access. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.
- Cancellation: If you cancel, you keep your Pro access until the end of your current billing period. We don't cut you off early.
- Pricing: We may adjust prices as we add more value to the platform. Existing subscriptions will be notified before any price changes affect them.
Refund Policy
Because Felyra is a digital product offering immediate access to code and tools, we generally do not offer refunds once you have accessed the premium content.
However, we are humans. If you were billed due to a technical error or have a unique situation, please contact support within 14 days, and we will review it fairly.
House Rules
We want Felyra to be a safe and fast resource for everyone. Please don't:
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or "DDOS" the platform.
- Use our tools to generate or process illegal content.
- Share your Pro account credentials with your entire team (we have team plans for that, or contact us).
The Legal Stuff

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the code will work perfectly in every unique environment or stack, though we test thoroughly.
Limitation of Liability
Felyra is not liable for any damages (loss of data, profit, etc.) resulting from the use of our code or tools. Always backup your work.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
